Privacy policy

This site exists to help businesses learn about and engage aërgap's deployment services. We collect as little personal data as we can, and we don't sell or rent any of it.

Who we are

This website is operated by aërgap.ai (referred to as "we", "us" and "our"). If you need to contact us about your data, the easiest way is via the contact form.

What we collect

We only see data that you actively give us:

• Contact form submissions (name, work email, company, role, country, deployment interest, timeline and any context you share). Submitted through Google Forms.
• Scoping call bookings (name, email, time-zone and any notes you add). Submitted through Cal.com.
• Anonymous website analytics via Google Analytics 4 (page views, country, referrer, device type, anonymised IP). GA4 sets a first-party cookie to count returning visitors but we do not enable advertising features or cross-site tracking.

What we don't collect

We do not run third-party advertising, social-media trackers, fingerprinters, or any cookies that would identify you across other websites.

Where the data lives

Form responses are stored by Google (Workspace). Call bookings are stored by Cal.com. We may also process the same information in standard business tools (email, a notes app, a CRM) so we can respond to you. We pick vendors based in the EU or with EU-standard contractual clauses where reasonably possible.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and prepare for a scoping call.
• To send you a written quote or deployment plan if you've asked for one.
• To follow up if you've asked us to.

We do not use your data to train AI models, build marketing lists, or share with third parties for their own purposes.

Your rights

If you are in the EU/UK (or anywhere with similar laws), you can ask us to access, correct, export or delete the data we hold about you. Send the request through the contact form and we'll act on it within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after the update means you accept the revised policy.
