Where will my software actually run?

On your own infrastructure, your AWS, Azure or Google Cloud account, or on a physical server in your office. We install, configure and harden it. We never host your data on aërgap servers. If you need a fully air-gapped setup (no internet access at all), we support that too.

Question 2

How is the pricing actually different from a normal SaaS?

Accepted Answer

You pay us a one-time setup fee per tool (Zammad from $1,000, Odoo from $1,500). That's it. No monthly fee. No per-user pricing. Add 5 staff or 500, it doesn't change anything you pay us. The only ongoing costs are your own cloud or server bill, and consulting hours ($50/hr) when you want changes after launch.

Which apps can you install for us?

Accepted Answer

Today: Zammad (helpdesk) and Odoo Community (ERP, accounting, sales, HR and 27 more). Joining the menu later this year: Classverse (our own virtual classroom, July), Kimai (time tracking, August), Docusaurus (documentation sites, October) and Aërgap AI (private LLM hosting, late 2026). If you want a different open-source tool deployed the same way, ask, we've installed plenty that aren't on the menu yet.

What happens after you install it? Do we still need you?

Not necessarily. Once it's installed and your team is trained, you can run it yourself. Most customers come back for a few hours each quarter for tweaks, new automations, or upgrades, billed at $50/hr in 15-minute increments. If you'd rather not think about any of that, managed care at $150/month covers monitoring, patches, and small monthly changes.

Question 5

Do you provide the hosting, or do we need our own?

You bring it. We support AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Hetzner, DigitalOcean, OVH, and on-prem servers. We'll tell you exactly what size machine to provision, set it up, and hand you the keys. The cloud bill comes directly to you, never to us. For air-gapped deployments, we install from offline bundles and use a jump host you control.

Question 6

We're not technical. Will our team be able to actually use this?

Accepted Answer

Yes. These tools are designed for end users, not engineers. Every deployment includes training sessions for your team and admins (2 in Starter, more in Growth). We hand over plain-English playbooks for the day-to-day tasks. The technical complexity stays with us during install; what your staff sees is a polished web app they can learn in an afternoon.

What's your relationship with Zammad and Odoo? Are you affiliated?

We are an independent integrator, not affiliated with Zammad GmbH or Odoo S.A. They build the open-source software; we install and run it for you. Your engagement, your data, and the long-term running of the software live with you.
